  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address.

  • We offer standard shippingUPS and the shipping cost will appear at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Purchases over $150 are eligible to receive free standard shipping

  • We currently ship within the USA.

  • For international shipping, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information. Please email suhusuhu.store@gmail.com if you’d like us to ship outside of the USA. We're happy to assist in any way we can to meet your needs.

0 9   -  R E T U R N S  D U E  T O  N O N - D E L I V E R Y

  • If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address or failure to claim the package), the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
  • Please refer to our refund policy for details and reach to us suhusuhu.store@gmail.com on the day of the delivery with supporting images and order number if you have any issues. We will do our best to accommodate you.
