01 — ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received, excluding holidays.

  • Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

02 — SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address.

  • We offer standard shipping via UPS/ Fedex/ USPS. Available shipping options and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Orders over $85 are eligible for free standard shipping within the United States.

03 — SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

  • We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

  • International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

  • Customs policies and applicable charges vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for additional information before placing an international order.

04 — DELIVERY TIME

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 2–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing or other circumstances outside of our control.

  • Please note that estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

05 — TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • You may use the tracking number provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.

06 — DELAYS AND DELIVERY ISSUES

  • While we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

  • SUHU SUHU is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.

  • We appreciate your understanding in the event of an unexpected delay.

07 — INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

  • Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

  • SUHU SUHU is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If an address correction is required after an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

08 — SHIPPING PARTNERS

  • We work with reputable third-party shipping carriers to provide reliable and secure delivery.

  • Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's policies and procedures.

  • SUHU SUHU is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers after the order has been shipped.

09 — RETURN DUE TO NON-DELIVERY

  • If a package is returned to SUHU SUHU due to non-delivery, including an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or other circumstances attributable to the recipient, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

  • Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.

  • If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us at help@suhusuhu.com on the day of delivery, where applicable, and provide your order number and supporting photographs. We will review the issue and do our best to assist.
